OVERVIEW
Seeima is an associate of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. She advises on investment funds, general corporate and commercial matters.
BACKGROUND
Seeima joined the Maples Group as an articled clerk. Previously, she worked for the Public Service Pensions Board and Butterfield Bank in the Cayman Islands.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Seeima is a member of 100 Women in Finance and the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association. Seeima formerly served as Deputy Chairperson of the Cayman Islands Labour Tribunal, as a Notary Public and as a member and as Deputy Chairperson of Cayman Islands Labour Appeals Tribunal.
