Maples Group's Asia Practice Named Offshore Law Firm of the Year and Wins Three Sector Awards

Maples and Calder, the Maples Group's law firm, is delighted to have once again been named "Best Offshore Law Firm" at the China Business Law Awards 2024 for the fifth consecutive year. In addition, the firm received three sector awards in the Asset Management, Consumer & Retail and Real Estate & REIT categories this year.  China Business Law Journal’s China Business Law Awards focus on legal excellence, innovative services, market-leading deals and exceptional performance, and are based on nominations, recommendations and endorsements received from China-focused in-house counsel and legal professionals.

Over the past six months, the firm's Asia practice has received a number of prestigious accolades, including "Offshore Law Firm of the Year" awarded by both Chambers Asia Pacific and Greater China  and IFLR Asia-Pacific, and were recognised for its role on numerous "Deals of the Year" awards by China Business Law Journal and Asia Legal Awards. More recently, seven of the firm's Partners were named in Asia Business Law Journal's A-list of offshore lawyers 2024.
