Lisa Brennan

OVERVIEW

Lisa has over 16 years' experience in the financial services industry across banking, investment management, leasing, regulatory supervision and compliance.  She is also knowledgeable  in external financial statement audit, MiFID regulatory supervision, CRD IV / CRR implementation, client asset compliance and assurance, design and implementation of a second line compliance programme, depository authorisation and acquisition due diligence. 

BACKGROUND

Previously, Lisa worked at Elavon Financial Services DAC where she was responsible for ensuring compliance with the licensing and supervision requirements of the Irish authorised and regulated bank and SME for CRD / CRR, BRRD, EMIR and SFTR.  Prior to this, she held roles in Investec Ireland and EY Dublin.
