OVERVIEW
Kimberli works on a wide range of alternative investment funds, including fund of funds, hedge funds, private equity funds, segregated portfolio companies and unit trusts. She also assists with fiduciary oversight for corporate directorship mandates and share trustee appointments.
BACKGROUND
Previously, Kimberli worked at Harbour Trust Co. Ltd (a subsidiary of Rawlinson & Hunter Limited) in their funds fiduciary department, providing administration and anti-money laundering support services to a number of investment funds.
