OVERVIEW

Kate is an Associate Solicitor of Maples and Calder's Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team in the Maples Group's Dublin office. She advises clients across a broad range of commercial disputes with an emphasis on financial services litigation. She also advises clients in relation to all aspects of corporate insolvency and restructuring, including liquidations, examinerships and receiverships.

BACKGROUND

Kate joined the Maples Group as a Trainee Solicitor in 2021 and qualified into the Dispute Resolution & Insolvency department in 2024.
