OVERVIEW
Jennifer is an associate of Maples and Calder's Finance team in the Maples Group's Hong Kong office. She has experience advising both lenders and borrowers on a wide range of domestic and cross border financing, including fund finance, infrastructure acquisition finance, leveraged finance and specialty finance.
BACKGROUND
Jennifer joined the Maples Group in 2024. Prior to moving to Hong Kong, she worked for the Global Loans team of Ashurst LLP in London and trained at an international law firm.
