OVERVIEW

Grace is an associate of Maples and Calder's Corporate team in the Maples Group's Dublin office. She specialises in corporate law, advising on a variety of transactions, including private equity investments, venture capital investments, corporate restructurings and shareholder arrangements. Grace also advises on broad range of general corporate and commercial matters.

Grace has extensive experience working with scaling companies, private and institutional investors, particularly in the technology sector.

BACKGROUND

Grace joined the Maples Group in 2022. Prior to joining the Maples Group, Grace trained in another leading Irish law firm and worked as an associate in their corporate department. Before training as a Solicitor, Grace worked for several years in the state development agency, Enterprise Ireland, predominately in Investment Services.
