OVERVIEW

Eva is a consultant on Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. She has extensive experience advising on the establishment, authorisation, operation and maintenance of Irish regulated UCITS and AIFs, including hedge funds, funds of funds, master feeders, private equity funds and managed account platforms.  In addition to advising the promoters and investment managers to such funds, she also advises other fund service providers including AIFMs, management companies, prime brokers, administrators and depositaries. She advises global asset managers on a broad range of asset classes and the implementation of strategies through a variety of fund structures.  In addition, she advises and supports clients on all aspects of regulatory change effecting their Irish funds. Her practice also covers the corporate governance, financing and cross-border distribution, management and relocation / redomiciliation of such entities into and out of Ireland.

BACKGROUND

Eva joined the Maples Group in 2011.  She previously worked with a leading financial services law firm.
