OVERVIEW
Daniel is an associate of Maples and Calder's Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. He has a wide range of experience in commercial litigation and international arbitration, and has acted for a diverse range of clients in complex, high-value disputes across a range of jurisdictions. Daniel has particular experience of commercial arbitration in the APAC region and High Court litigation in England & Wales.BACKGROUND
Daniel joined the Maples Group in 2021. He previously worked for Enyo Law, a specialist litigation boutique, in London and for Herbert Smith Freehills in Singapore, Hong Kong and London.
