OVERVIEW
Azad has six years' experience working in structured finance, with his main focus in the alternative investment industry in the Cayman Islands. Azad works on a wide range of structured finance transactions including securitisations, structured note-issuing programmes and CLOs.
BACKGROUND
Previously, Azad worked in London at Intertrust on a range of different structured finance transactions on the CSP side, including RMBS, auto-receivables and insurance-linked securities deals, amongst others. During the course of his tenure at Intertrust, he worked on multiple deals which were nominated for various industry awards, some of which won in their respective categories.
