OVERVIEW
As head of Maples Corporate Services Limited, Allison has over 30 years of corporate administration experience including over 15 years' qualification as a chartered secretary. She has full oversight of the Cayman Islands office, providing leadership, structure, governance and strategic direction of the department. Allison also works closely with the Corporate Services teams in the BVI and Hong Kong offices.BACKGROUND
Allison joined the Maples Group in 2006 as a corporate assistant and, after a brief period away in 2011, rejoined in 2012 as head of the Corporate Services department.
