OVERVIEW
Allison has over 30 years of corporate administration experience, 14 of which have been as a qualified Chartered Secretary. As Head of Maples Corporate Services, she has full oversight of the Cayman Islands office, providing leadership, structure, governance and strategic direction of the department. Allison also works closely with the Hong Kong and BVI Corporate Services offices.BACKGROUND
