OVERVIEW

Alexandra is an associate of Maples and Calder's Finance team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office.  She has wide experience advising on all finance transactions including banking, fund financing (acting for both lenders and borrowers), aircraft financing, structured finance (in particular CLO transactions and repackagings) and Cayman Islands Stock Exchange listings.  Alexandra also advises on general corporate and commercial matters. 

BACKGROUND

Alexandra joined the Maples Group as an articled clerk in 2021. Upon her admission as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands in 2023, Alexandra joined the Finance group.

Alexandra is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association (CILPA) and 100 Women in Finance.
