Our Acquisition & Leveraged Financing team is highly experienced in advising on structures and issues relating to taking security over assets, including shares, limited partnership interests and other forms of equity interests issued by British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Irish, Jersey or Luxembourg vehicles.

Many of our lawyers in this area of practice also cover listing of debt instruments and structured finance, in particular where the funding is provided through English or New York governed debt instruments.

Our global Derivatives team advises swap dealers, prime brokers and other financial institutions on issues of netting and collateral in relation to the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) and repo / securities lending agreements.
