Areas of Expertise
Nicholas is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group’s Singapore office. He advises on the structuring and formation of investment funds in the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands, as well as general corporate matters relating to the maintenance and governance of such funds.
Nicholas joined the Maples Group in 2025. He previously worked with the investment funds team at Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP, one of the leading Singapore private funds practices.
