Maples Group Advises Dymon Asia on the Sale of Ascensus Health Group

Maples and Calder, the Maples Group’s law firm, is pleased to announce that it has advised Dymon Asia Private Equity (“Dymon Asia”) on the sale of Ascensus Health Group (“AHG”), a leading provider of specialist women’s healthcare services in Singapore, to Templewater, a Hong Kong-based alternative asset manager.
Dymon Asia Private Equity is a Southeast Asia-focused private equity firm investing in the lower mid-market. Owned and managed by Southeast Asian professionals, Dymon is the private equity arm of Dymon Asia Capital.
A Maples team based in Asia acted as Cayman Islands counsel to Dymon Asia. The team was led by Iain Anderson, Partner, with assistance from Associate, Nicholas Lim.
The successful transaction underscores the Maples Group’s continued strength in supporting private equity clients throughout the full lifecycle of their investments.
