Maples Group Advises Hongkong Land on Landmark US$6.2 Billion Singapore Property Fund Launch
The Maples Group is pleased to have advised Hongkong Land on the launch of Singapore Central Private Real Estate Fund (“SCPREF”), with more than US$6.2 billion in assets under management.

The SCPREF will be solely focused on managing prime commercial properties in the city state and is expected to be Singapore’s largest private real estate fund, launched in February 2026.
A team of lawyers based in the firm’s Hong Kong office and Singapore office acted as Cayman Islands counsel and was led by Regional Managing Partner of Maples and Calder in Asia, Head of Asia Funds & Investment Management, Ann Ng, Funds Partner, Iain Anderson with assistance from Associate, Rachel Koh. The Maples Group’s Fund Services team led by Eastern Fong, Regional Head of Fund Services – Asia, provided fund administration services and was heavily involved in the launch of the Fund.
