Areas of Expertise

Jordan is a partner in Maples and Calder’s Corporate team in the Maples Group’s Dublin office. He specialises in corporate law, advising on a variety of transactions, in particular mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and venture capital, corporate restructurings, equity incentives and shareholder arrangements. Jordan also advises in respect of day-to-day corporate and commercial matters.

Jordan joined the Maples Group as a trainee in 2011 and qualified into the Corporate team in 2014, having trained in the Maples Group’s Dublin and Hong Kong Offices. Jordan has been recognised as a ‘Rising Star’ with The Legal 500 EMEA.
