Elizabeth is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Corporate team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. She advises public and private companies, financial institutions, investment managers, private equity sponsors and investors and their onshore counsel on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, IPOs and equity capital markets transactions, and on the structuring, formation and operation of investment fund structures.
Elizabeth joined the Maples Group in 2026. She previously worked for Allens in Australia.
