Christopher is an associate in Maples and Calder’s Employment team at the Maples Group’s Dublin office. He advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious Irish employment law and benefits matters.
Contentious experience includes advising on unfair dismissal, disciplinary and grievance procedures, bullying and harassment, whistleblowing matters, work-related stress processes, working time and equality issues.
Non-contentious experience includes advising on Irish employment law implications for international corporate transactions in addition to drafting employment, consultancy and settlement agreements.
Christopher joined the Maples Group in October 2022, having previously worked in the Employment team of a leading Northern Irish law firm.
