Co-Founded by Paul Hickey and Chris Chedgey, Structure101 is a software development company headquartered in Dunmore East, Co. Waterford. The company’s software solutions empower Structure101’s clients to organise their source files into a coherent software architecture.
Led by Partner and head of the Dublin Corporate practice, Colm Rafferty, a multi-disciplinary team of lawyers from the firm’s Dublin office advised Structure101 on the transaction.
