Maples Group Advises Structure101 on Sale to SonarSource

Maples and Calder (Ireland) LLP, the Maples Group’s law firm, is pleased to have advised Structure101, a pioneer in code structure analysis, on its sale to SonarSource SA, the leading clean code solution provider.

Co-Founded by Paul Hickey and Chris Chedgey, Structure101 is a software development company headquartered in Dunmore East, Co. Waterford. The company’s software solutions empower Structure101’s clients to organise their source files into a coherent software architecture.

Led by Partner and head of the Dublin Corporate practice, Colm Rafferty, a multi-disciplinary team of lawyers from the firm’s Dublin office advised Structure101 on the transaction. The team featured Partners, Claire Morrissey (Data) and Karen Killalea (Employment) with support from Associates, James Reidy and Ben Cowan (Corporate), Stefan Nolan (Data) and Ciara Ní Longaigh (Employment).
