Maples Group Advises HSI on its Acquisition of Skillko

The acquisition of Irish-based Skillko, a provider of competency and compliance management solutions, expands HSI’s operational risk management capabilities as well as increases their presence in the EU and UK markets.
A multi-disciplinary team of lawyers from the firm’s Dublin office advised HSI on this transaction, including members of the firm’s Corporate, Tax, Employment, Data, Commercial & Technology (DCT), Property and Banking speciality practices. The team was co-led by Dublin Corporate Partner, Jordan O’Brien, and Dublin Tax Partner, Andrew Quinn.
