Angie is an associate in the Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group’s Dublin office. She advises promoters and service providers in relation to the establishment, authorisation and operation of all types of Irish investment funds. Angie also advises Irish-domiciled funds on ongoing compliance and regulatory matters.
Angie joined the Maples Group as an associate in 2026, having previously worked at a global law firm in Sydney, Australia, advising institutional investors on their private equity fund investments as well as regulatory compliance matters. Angie trained and qualified as a solicitor at a leading Irish corporate law firm where her experience included a secondment to the legal team of a global asset manager in London, where she supported ETF products domiciled in both Luxembourg and Ireland.
