The Fund is managed by IQ-EQ Fund Management (Ireland) Limited, IQ-EQ’s Irish fund management business and will be distributed by Daiwa Securities Co., Ltd. The Fund’s investment manager is Daiwa Asset Management (Europe) Ltd. MUFG Fund Services (Cayman) Limited provides fund administration services.

A multi-jurisdictional team of lawyers based in the firm’s Singapore, Hong Kong and Dublin offices acted as Cayman Islands and Irish legal counsel and was led by Partners, Nick Harrold (Singapore) and John Gallagher (Dublin) and assisted by Of Counsel, Aidan O’Regan (Hong Kong), Associates, Costa Valtas (Singapore) and Paul Comerford (Dublin).

Commenting on the transaction, Nick Harrold said, “We are witnessing a substantial increase in interest from Japanese investors across all segments in private markets, with infrastructure investments being a favoured asset class due to its stable and predictable cash flows. It was a great pleasure to collaborate with such high-quality market participants who are at the forefront of this trend”.

Japanese legal advice was provided by Mori Hamada & Matsumoto.
