Maples Group’s Global Asset Finance Team Recognised in Aviation Finance Deals of the Year 2025

The Maples Group’s global Asset Finance team has once again been recognised for its pivotal role in some of the aviation industry’s most innovative transactions at the prestigious Airline Economics Aviation 100 Awards 2025. This recognition underscores the team’s commitment to excellence and innovation in the aviation finance sector.

The team is delighted to have provided Cayman Islands and Irish counsel, as well as supporting fiduciary and administrative services, as applicable, on the winning deals across the following categories:

Airline Economics Aviation 100 Deals of the Year Awards 2025

  • Aviation 100 Airport Deal of the Year: Kingston Airport Revenue Finance “King Air” Senior Secured Notes issuance. (Cayman Islands counsel, Irish listing and fiduciary and administrative services)
  • Aviation 100 ABS Deal of the Year: vFIN 2024-1 Loan ABS. (Cayman Islands and Irish counsel, Cayman listing, tax advisory and loan and administrative services)
  • The Gerry Laderman EETC Deal of the Year Award: Phoenix Aviation Capital Series 2024-1 EETC (PAC 2024-1). (Cayman Islands counsel and Cayman listing)
