OVERVIEW

Pamela is an Associate of Maples and Calder's Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team in the Maples Group's Dublin office. Pamela specialises in financial disputes, lender enforcement and commercial property disputes. Pamela has also been involved in shareholder disputes, breach of contract claims and investment fund litigation. This has involved acting in high value, complex disputes on behalf of financial institutions, private equity funds and corporate entities.

BACKGROUND

Pamela joined the Maples Group in May 2019. Pamela was admitted to the New York Bar in July 2012 following which she practised as an attorney specialising in general litigation. Since returning to Ireland in 2014, Pamela has worked in the litigation and dispute resolution teams of large commercial law firms in Dublin dealing specifically with financial and contractual disputes.
