Jenny provides corporate governance and management administration services to investment management, hedge fund and private equity clients. She has extensive experience in supporting senior financial and legal professionals, both in the Cayman Islands and internationally. She has provided support to independent directors on a wide range of investment funds, as well as coordinating local and international seminars, service provider introductions and business development for Cayman domiciled funds and facilitating any requirements.BACKGROUND
Previously, Jenny worked at State Street (Cayman) Trust Company, Ltd., DMS Offshore Investment Services Ltd and with the legal services division of the Maples Group. Jenny also previously held the position of Acting Secretary to Cayman Finance.PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
