Tom is a consultant in the Dublin office’s Real Estate team at Maples and Calder, the Maples Group’s law firm. Tom is widely recognised as one of the most experienced commercial real estate lawyers in Ireland. He is also known for his extensive contacts both in Ireland and internationally. Tom also acts as an independent non-executive director and is a qualified coach/mentor.
Tom joined the Maples Group in 2016. He was previously a senior partner and a former head of real estate at one of Ireland’s largest domestic law firms.
Tom is a Commissioner for Oaths, Notary Public, an accredited mediator with CEDR and a member of the Irish Commercial Association. He is the sole Irish member of the Anglo American Real Property Institute.
