Ting Fang Lim

Ting Fang has 7 years of experience in corporate secretarial matters and manages a number of Singapore entities, including Singapore private companies, VCCs and limited partnerships. She has extensive expertise in corporate governance, and corporate secretarial compliance and regulatory frameworks. She specializes in the incorporation/registration of Singapore entities and assists clients with on-going statutory administration and annual compliances.

Previously, she worked with well established corporate service providers in Singapore and has been involved in handling a full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for SGX listed companies, listed REITs/ Business Trust and private companies.
