The Maples Group, a leading service provider offering clients a comprehensive range of legal, fiduciary, fund, regulatory and compliance, and entity formation and management services, has announced the appointment of Connie Chan as Senior Vice President and Head of the Company Secretarial team in Singapore.
Connie is a highly accomplished company secretary and governance leader, having held various senior positions across the industry. She has over 20 years of experience supporting boards and executive committees across diverse corporate environments and brings expert knowledge of the regulatory framework in Singapore.
In her new role, Connie will have overall responsibility for ensuring excellence in the delivery of Singapore company secretarial services for the Maples Group, providing tailored solutions to clients at the forefront of industry best practice. The team provides end-to-end Singapore entity formation and management services for Singapore companies, alongside a complete suite of related fiduciary services, including the provision of the named Singapore company secretary, independent Singapore resident and non-resident directors, client accounting and liquidation services.

Connie is an associate member of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS), a practising Chartered Secretary and a Qualified Individual registered under the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority Act (Chapter 2A).
