Síofra is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group’s London office.
Síofra advises a broad range of clients including AIFMs and UCITS management companies in relation to structuring, establishment, regulation and operation of collective investment schemes. She has a particular focus on alternative investment funds including hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate funds and credit funds. Síofra also advises investment managers on a wide range of EU financial services laws and regulations.
Síofra joined the Maples Group as an Intern in 2015 and worked as a Paralegal with the firm before commencing her training contract in 2019. Upon qualification, she joined the Maples Group’s Funds and Investment Management team.
Síofra has completed a secondment in London with a global alternative investment fund manager specialising in long/short equity.
