Samuel Maguire

Samuel provides directorship and administrative services to a wide range of structured finance transactions including asset finance, CLO’s, debt programmes and other bespoke transactions.

Samuel has experience in multiple jurisdictions including Ireland, Jersey and the Cayman Islands giving him exposure to different regulatory bodies within these jurisdictions.

Previously, he worked for Deutsche Bank and Vistra Alternative Investments Limited.
