Mark Crichton

Mark is head of Maples and Calder’s Finance team in the Maples Group’s Jersey office and partner of the Corporate team.  He advises on a range of corporate, finance and investment funds transactions.  Mark, a Jersey Advocate, has a particular focus on the use of Jersey structures in corporate real estate transactions, including advising in respect of sharia-compliant holding structures and trust structures.

Mark joined the Maples Group in 2020.  He was previously a partner at another international law firm and prior to arriving in Jersey in 2011, worked in the corporate department of Fladgate LLP in London.
