Areas of Expertise
Jonathan is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Finance team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. He has experience advising on banking, fund financing, aircraft financing, structured finance transactions and Cayman Islands Stock Exchange listings. Jonathan also advises on general corporate and commercial matters.
Jonathan joined the Maples Group as an articled clerk in 2015 and qualified in 2017. In 2021, he spent time in our London office on secondment.
Jonathan is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association (CILPA).
