Areas of Expertise
Helen is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. She specialises in the establishment, launch, ongoing maintenance and restructuring of investment funds, including hedge funds and private equity funds. She also advises on general corporate and commercial matters.
Helen joined the Maples Group in 2024. Prior to joining, she worked in the Dublin office of an international law firm, and also received her training at a prominent Irish law firm.
Helen is a Governor of the Royal Irish Academy of Music and chairs their Governance and Nominations committee. She is a board member of the Harvard Club of Ireland.
Helen is also a member of 100 Women in Finance, the Institute of Bankers, Women in ETFs, and acts as a mentor to university students through Trinity Women in Law.
