Grace is an Associate in the Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group’s Dublin office. Grace advises on the establishment, structuring, authorisation, regulation and operation of Irish regulated funds, including UCITS, AIFs and other specialised fund products.
Grace also advises service providers to funds, including AIFMs, UCITS management companies, investment managers, administrators and depositaries on Irish legal, regulatory and compliance matters.
Additionally, she supports clients with their ongoing regulatory requirements under Irish and European Union law, including obligations under SFDR and AIFMD.
Grace joined the Funds and Investment Management team after qualifying as a solicitor in 2026.
