Emmanuel previously practiced at Hogan Lovells and Allen & Overy for over 15 years. When he worked at Allen & Overy, he headed the Luxembourg Asia-Pacific desk in Hong Kong. His expertise spans major international hubs, focusing on cross-border Luxembourg legal matters.
