Maples Group strengthens Luxembourg Corporate offering with the arrival of Corporate Partner Emmanuel Lamaud
Maples and Calder (Luxembourg) SARL is pleased to announce that Emmanuel Lamaud has joined its Corporate team as a partner.

Emmanuel advises on corporate and commercial matters, including restructurings, insolvency, cross‑border mobility, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. He works with clients across private capital, automotive, real estate, technology, life sciences, healthcare and family offices.
He joins from Hogan Lovells in Luxembourg, having previously led the Luxembourg Asia Pacific desk of a magic circle firm while based in Hong Kong.
