Connie Chan

Connie is an accomplished company secretary and governance leader with over 25 years’ proven experience supporting boards and executive committees across diverse corporate environments. She is adept at ensuring full regulatory compliance under the Singapore Companies Act and international governance frameworks. She successfully established and led the growth of a regional office for an offshore law firm, spearheading business development, operational set-up and high-performing teams. Connie is a trusted adviser to C-suite stakeholders, with a strategic focus on risk management, business integrity and corporate growth.

Previously, Connie worked at one of the leading offshore legal and fiduciary services providers, where she served as an Associate Director responsible for establishing, leading and growing the firm’s Singapore office. Earlier in her career, Connie also worked with the Maples Group as a Vice President in the Singapore fiduciary team, and she has held several senior positions at reputable legal and corporate services firms in Singapore.

In these roles, she managed a team of corporate secretarial professionals and was responsible for corporate governance and regulatory compliance, board and shareholder support, cross-border entity management, and end-to-end statutory and transactional filings for companies in Singapore and across multiple jurisdictions.
