Ciara is an associate in Maples and Calder’s Corporate team in the Maples Group’s British Virgin Islands office. Ciara advises on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, corporate restructurings and general corporate governance.
Ciara joined the Maples Group in 2021 as a trainee. Upon qualification in 2024, she was seconded to an Irish private technology company Prior to joining the Maples Group, she previously worked for a US multinational tech company.
