Barry is Of Counsel in the Maples and Calder’s Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. He advises private funds, hedge funds and investment managers on investment fund formation, launch, ongoing maintenance, restructuring and fund transactions. He also regularly advises on regulatory, corporate and commercial matters relating to Cayman Islands investment funds.
Barry joined the Maples Group in 2026. He previously worked for two other international law firms in the Cayman Islands and for Clifford Chance in London and Singapore.
Barry is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association (CILPA).
