Ariane is an associate of the Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. She specialises in advising private equity funds, hedge funds and investment managers on fund formation, restructuring and funds related transactions. She also advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
Ariane joined the Maples Group in 2026. Prior to this, she was a senior associate in the Funds & Financial Services team at MinterEllison in Sydney, Australia where she advised major Australian and global fund managers on a range of corporate and fund matters including fund formation, capital raisings, investment management, funds related transactions and financial services governance and regulation.
2021 – Admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales, Australia (not practising)
