Alex is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Corporate team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. He advises investment managers, financial institutions and corporates on transactional matters worldwide. Alex’s experience includes private equity and venture capital investments, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and reorganisations.
Alex joined the Maples Group in 2025. He previously worked for Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and Fladgate LLP in London.
