Maples Group Supports Hong Kong Unicorn on HK$670 Million IPO
The Maples Group is pleased to have recently supported GOGOX Holdings Limited (“GOGOX”), in relation to its initial public offering of 31,200,000 shares, and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The offering closed on 24 June 2022 and raised approximately HK$670 million, before it issued a further 4.68 million shares in an overallotment. GOGOX is the first Hong Kong logistics unicorn to go public in Hong Kong.

The Group’s Hong Kong legal team led by Corporate Partner, Everton Robertson with assistance from Associates, Jessica Zhan and Katherine Ng advised GOGOX on the Cayman Islands legal aspects of the transaction. The Group’s Fund Services team comprising Eastern Fong, Regional Head of Funds Services – Asia and Christy Poon, Senior Vice President, acted as the Cayman Islands share registrar.
GOGOX, formerly known as GOGOVan, is a Hong Kong based company that runs mobile app-based logistics platform to provide extensive logistics services through innovative technology. It operates in more than 340 cities throughout Hong Kong, mainland China, India, Singapore, South Korea and Vietnam.
