Jessica is of counsel of the Maples and Calder’s Corporate team in the Maples Group’s Hong Kong office. Her practice covers corporate transactions involving Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands companies including finance, mergers and acquisitions, pre-IPO Series financings and restructuring, Hong Kong and US initial public offerings and SPACs. Jessica also advises on debt capital market and general corporate transactions acting for SOEs, corporates and financial institutions.
Jessica joined the Maples Group in 2018. She previously worked for Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and large corporates in Hong Kong. Jessica is recognised as a key lawyer in Asia-Pacific Region – Hong Kong under the practice area of Offshore: Corporate & Finance and Investment Funds at the Legal 500 Asia-Pacific 2024.
