Shohel was previously Head of Legal for an ethical home financing fintech and Senior Legal Counsel at specialist lender OSB Group for five years, advising on its wholesale financing and capital markets issuances. He spent a number of years as an investment banker on HSBC’s securitisation desk, and earlier in his career after qualifying as a solicitor, worked with leading international law firms in London specialising in securitisation, fund finance and structured real estate debt.
