Maples Group Earns Top rankings in 2024 Asia Pacific Legal Directories
Maples and Calder, the Maples Group’s law firm, is proud to announce that its Asia Pacific offices have once again earned top-tier rankings in the 2024 editions of Chambers and Partners Asia Pacific and The Legal 500 Hong Kong Guides.

The firm was ranked in Band 1 for Offshore: Asia Pacific where it was described as the “go-to firm for the most complex and sophisticated matters with an offshore element.” Impressively, this year marks the thirteenth year of inclusion in the guide.
In addition to the firm ranking, five Asia Partners including Michael Gagie, Ann Ng, Matt Roberts, Aisling Dwyer and Richard Spooner received individual accolades.
Legal 500 Asia Pacific
The Hong Kong office is ranked in Tier 1, respectively, and were acknowledged by The Legal 500 as a firm that “has a very well established and respected Cayman practice in Hong Kong” and a team that “are responsive, commercial and knowledgeable”.
Hong Kong Partners Ann Ng, John Trehey, Aisling Dwyer, Nick Stern, Terence Ho and Singapore Partner Matt Roberts received the ‘Leading Individuals’ distinction. Josie Ainley was acknowledged for her expertise under the ‘Rising Stars’ category.
