Maples Group Advises Bain Capital on Joint Venture with SMBC Group to Establish €1.5 Billion European Loan Platform
Maples and Calder (Ireland) LLP, the Maples Group’s law firm, is pleased to have advised Bain Capital on their joint venture with SMBC Group to establish a new European loan platform providing up to €1.5 billion in senior secured credit to sponsor-backed corporate borrowers across Europe and the UK.
