This quarter sees the publication of revised 2019 UCITS Regulations, the Beneficial Ownership Register delayed and includes ILP, Brexit and EMIR updates.

Luxembourg

The CSSF has adopted guidelines on complaints-handling for the securities and banking sectors, the Luxembourg Parliament has approved the 2019 State Budget Law and has also set up a Beneficial Ownership Register.
