Wendy provides fiduciary services to a wide range of structured finance products and investment funds including structured note issues, securitisations, CBOs, CDOs and hedge funds, bringing relevant market experience on US-arranged transactions both pre- and post-credit crisis. She also focuses on LATAM project finance transactions, many of which involve large-scale infrastructural development, funded by sovereign and publicly sourced debt. The insight gained from this experience allows Wendy to take a high touch approach to client service, anticipating mechanical and execution challenges and offering solutions based on the latest market practices and developments.
Previously, Wendy was employed with Cable and Wireless (Cayman) as Marketing Communications Manager.
