OVERVIEW
Sinead has extensive commercial and residential property experience, including the acquisition, financing, disposal and management of varying types of real estate assets. She acts for both receivers and financial institutions on the management and disposal of distressed assets. Sinead also specialises in the negotiation of commercial leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants, and has experience dealing with large scale commercial property due diligence projects. Her clients include receivers, financial institutions, investors and a range of landlords and tenants.
BACKGROUND
Sinead joined the Maples Group in 2018, having previously worked in a law firm in Ireland for six years.

Sinead is a member of Law Society of Ireland, the Irish Women Lawyers Association and the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.
